Where’s my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your home. You can also check the status anytime on our Track My Order page or by logging into your account. Delivery times vary depending on the item and destination — most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. If it’s been longer than the estimated timeframe or you haven’t received tracking details, please contact us at hello@hausgem.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I place a bulk or trade order?

Yes — we work with designers, architects, and businesses on larger projects. Contact us for trade pricing and partnership details.

Where do you ship, and what are the delivery times?

Yes — we ship worldwide 🌍. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email and you can also check updates anytime on our Track My Order page or in your account.

Do you offer custom orders?

Some of our items are available in custom sizes or finishes. Reach out with your request and we’ll let you know if customization is possible. Custom orders take about 7-10 days to process. Please note, custom orders are not eligible for returns.
