WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We ship worldwide! We will route your package to the fastest shipping carrier depending on your location from our global warehouses. Our shipping partners are: UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, & EMS. If you have further questions, please refer to our shipping policy.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We typically process your order within 48-72 hours and depending on if your order was custom or not, your location, and our closest warehouse, the shipment of your order can take 10-60 business days to deliver. Please note -- for international orders (outside USA), it can take an additional 7-10 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship worldwide!  For international orders (outside USA), it can take an additional 7-10 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.
WHEN DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from hello@hausgem.com with your tracking number included in after processing. 
When you have received your order's tracking number, you can track your order here.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place on order online, via our website at any time. You can also contact us at hello@hausgem.com to speak with our sales team.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need to have an account to place an order with hausgem. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address or phone number for order confirmations so you can track your order.

If you do sign up to be a hausgem member, you can save your address and card details for faster shopping, easily manage order history and see order status. You also get to receive exclusive promos and be the first to know about new limited items!
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please let us know immediately. If we have not submitted your product for fulfillment within 24 hours, we can cancel or change the order. Post 24 hours and during the fulfillment period, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. There will be no cancellation fee prior to the 24 hours!

Please note, if your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we ask that you follow our refund policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product.
