Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

  2. Wait for approval and shipping instructions from our team
  3. Ship the item using a trackable and insured carrier — we do not provide prepaid return labels

Important Notes

  • Hausgem is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damage during return transit
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
  • Free shipping applies to orders over $300
