REFUND METHODS
Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! Hausgem is committed to making you happy with your purchase. If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@hausgem.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at here.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs will be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. We will process your return within 3 business days of us receiving the product.

Please share the tracking number of the return package with us, so that we can ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the products and when we receive them.

We will notify you once we’ve received, and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund was approved or if we have further questions. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method or for store credit (depending on what you chose). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Often times we can accommodate special customized orders. In that case however, if the order was easily customized for you, then that order cannot be returned/refunded. We also sometimes will have final sales on certain items (this would be clearly stated as final sale on the product page), and those orders would also not be able to be returned/refunded. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
