At Hausgem, every order is handled with care. Because many of our pieces are curated from select artisans and studios around the world — and a portion are crafted in-house by our own team — shipping times may differ from mass-produced products.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days once your order leaves our facility.
  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for select items.
  • International delivery timelines vary by destination and customs clearance, generally ranging from 10–30 business days.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can also check the status anytime through our Track My Order page or your customer account.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • Domestic orders (within the U.S.): Flat rate of $15
  • International orders: Flat rate of $35
  • Free shipping on all orders over $300

Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, customs clearance, carrier delays).
  • If a parcel is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all related costs.
  • Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, Hausgem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting shipping protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
  • After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as processing may have already begun.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items on pre-order or backorder will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated dates will be provided, but are subject to change.

How long does shipping usually take?

Our standard delivery window is 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase. This includes order processing, curation, and delivery. While many orders arrive sooner, we recommend allowing the full timeframe.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. Each order goes through a careful process of sourcing, quality inspection, and secure packaging before it is shipped to you. We’re working to introduce expedited options in the near future so you can enjoy faster delivery while still receiving the same level of care and attention to detail that defines Hausgem.

Who pays for taxes and duties?

All import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. 

 

Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): Sales tax will be applied at checkout where required by law. These funds are collected by Hausgem and remitted to your state or local tax authority.

 

International Orders: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your local authorities and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office upon delivery.

What if my package is lost, delayed, or stolen?

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Hausgem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for peace of mind. Carrier delays (such as customs or weather) are also beyond our control.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. Delivery timelines are typically 4–6 weeks depending on your country and customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
